Madetswil, 1 November 2023 – LAEMMLE Chemicals AG is acquiring Amstutz Produkte AG as part of a succession plan
based in Eschenbach, Canton
Lucerne.
Amstutz Produkte AG is integrated into the LAEMMLE Group under its own name.
The LAEMMLE Group currently comprises LAEMMLE Chemicals AG and FRIPOO
Produkte AG. The family-run business Amstutz Produkte AG manufactures its own
chemically engineered cleaning agents and equipment for various
areas of application in the commercial and industrial sectors. The Amstutz product portfolio complements
LAEMMLE Chemicals AG’s range of lubricants and FRIPOO Produkte AG’s range of cleaning and
maintenance products. The merger offers further
strategic advantages, particularly in the areas of procurement, development, production and
sales. All employees of Amstutz Produkte AG will be taken on by the LAEMMLE
Group. Adrian Amstutz Jr. will also remain with the company and oversee
the transition. Daniel Zimmermann will take over as
Managing Director of Amstutz Produkte AG from 1 November 2023.
