• Sampling: Random or regular oil samples are taken on site representatively and professionally by our experts for a fee. Alternatively, sampling can be carried out independently in accordance with the sampling regulations and the oil samples can be sent in with an online consignment note. 
• Damage and problem expertise: Many years of experience make it possible to analyse lubricant problems that impair the operation of machinery or vehicles, reliably and resolve them.
• Detailed standard oil analysis: State-of-the-art methods such as ICP, XRF and IR provide precise chemical and physical analyses. This data is documented in the LTC laboratory system to identify and continuously evaluate trends in the condition of the lubricant.
• Evaluation and assessment: The LTC investigation report contains comprehensive information, including: 
• Machine data based on customer information 
• Analysis of oil properties (e.g. colour, viscosity, flash point, TBN, AN, IR spectrum)

Rent hydraulic oil filter systems

Filtering hydraulic oils while the system is in operation reliably removes contaminants that can cause damage to the hydraulic system and lead to breakdowns. Regular filtration (HSS – Hydraulic System Protection), based on the LTC test report, delivers long-term cost-effectiveness by significantly increasing machine availability.

The service includes delivery, optimal installation and professional commissioning of the filter system, as well as return transport once the work has been completed. On request, an oil sample can be taken after filtration and sent to the LAEMMLE Tec Centre (LTC) for analysis to check the quality and purity of the oil.
