LAEMMLE Chemicals AG takes over the distribution of PETROFER (Switzerland) AG

Madetswil, 17 April 2023 – LAEMMLE Chemicals AG, a leading Swiss supplier of lubricants, announces that it will take over the distribution of
PETROFER (Switzerland) AG with effect from 1 May 2023.
The takeover of the sales operations of PETROFER (Switzerland) AG is taking place due to the imminent retirement of the long-standing managing director of PETROFER (Switzerland) AG,
Hans Bänziger, and the associated strategic decision by the
parent company PETROFER CHEMIE H. R. FISCHER GMBH + CO. KG in Germany to
close its Swiss site.
By acquiring the current product portfolio of PETROFER (Switzerland) AG, the LAEMMLE Chemicals AG is expanding its offering, with a focus on the die-casting,
paper and heat treatment sectors. The LAEMMLE Chemicals AG will continue to manage sales as before
and ensure a seamless transition.
