Madetswil, 17 April 2023 - LAEMMLE Chemicals AG, a leading Swiss supplier of lubricants, announces that, with effect from 1 May 2023, it will take over the distribution of
Petrofer (Switzerland) AG.
The takeover of the sales operations of Petrofer (Switzerland) AG is taking place due to the imminent retirement of the long-standing managing director of Petrofer (Switzerland) AG,
Hans Bänziger, and the associated strategic decision of the
parent company PETROFER CHEMIE H. R. FISCHER GMBH + CO. KG in Germany to
close the site in Switzerland.
By acquiring the current product portfolio of Petrofer (Switzerland) AG, LAEMMLE Chemicals AG is expanding its range with a focus on die-casting,
paper and the hardening industry. LAEMMLE Chemicals AG will continue the distribution as before
and ensure a seamless transition.
