The new ROXOR DAYTONA STELLA 5W-30: specially developed for engines with oil-bathed timing belts
ROXOR DAYTONA STELLA 5W-30 has been specially developed for engines with timing belts running in an oil bath. The challenge with these engines is that the timing belt runs directly in the engine oil and, if the oil composition is unsuitable, may wear out prematurely or even disintegrate. With its specially developed additive package, ROXOR DAYTONA STELLA 5W-30 provides the necessary timing belt protection, counteracting the harmful effects on the timing belt running in the oil and reducing belt abrasion or premature wear. This technology has now been available on the open market since the third quarter of 2026. Previously, it was reserved for vehicle manufacturers.
New Stellantis specifications
Manufacturer specifications go beyond simply stating a viscosity rating such as 5W-30. They define the performance and properties of an engine oil and ensure that the lubricant is suitable for specific engines. The Stellantis Group has redefined all existing specifications.
